Really not much exciting has happened lately. I've been sick off and on for the last two weeks. I had strep throat and the flu but I didn't go to the doctor because I am obviously an idiot so then hey the strep throat went away but then hey look ear infection. It was so bad that my eardrum ruptured and I've temporarily lost much of my hearing in my right ear and get to take some nice powerful antibiotics so I'm always really tired and now my dad convinced me that I possibly have mono. There really is nothing that wakes you up more than waking up to the fact that there's blood coming out of your ear. I'm getting tired of always asking people to repeat what they say because I am FUCKING DEAF. No I don't have mono he is good at making me really paranoid about everything. Haha let me add another random complaint to this post!
Probably the worst invention/idea ever is the distribution of "medical" advice via the internet. It turns everyone into a doctor and makes people horribly paranoid.
So lately I've been thinking about what life will be like when my parents and grandparents move back. My parents sold their house and bought a condo in Richmond for my dad to live in when he's based out of Vancouver. I went to see my grandparent's new condo last week and it is nicer than I thought it would be. I miss my grandparents and I'm glad they are coming back.

oh laura, i am going to miss you in vancouver at christmas time. you were one of the main factors that made it enjoyable. im going to miss our time on east hastings.
